T Minus 145 - Today's Double Dose Of Dumbya
"There is no such thing necessarily in a dictatorial regime of iron-clad absolutely solid evidence. The evidence I had was the best possible evidence that he had a weapon." -- George aWol Bush, Meet the Press, February 8th, 2004
Well, that explains it! Bush The Lesser doesn't think he needs "iron-clad absolutely solid evidence" because he thinks he's a dictator. Where did he get that idea? Well, I don't know, but he's certainly thought about it - let's look!
"If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator." -— George aWol Bush, Washington, D.C., December 19th, 2000
Now, these two Boy Blunderisms lead to today's special prize, a third dose of Dumbya!
"I am the commander, see? I do not need to explain why I say things. That's the interesting thing about being the President. Maybe somebody needs to explain to me why they say something, but I don't feel like I owe anybody an explanation." George aWol Bush, as quoted in Bob Woodward's Bush at War. November, 2002
Ladies and gentlemen, what we have suffered through, these past 8 years, is a misAdministration that clearly believes not only are they above the law; they believe they are a law unto - and only unto - themselves.
As Hilary Clinton so eloquently noted last night, in Denver: "We don't need four more years of the last eight years."
January 20th, 2009 will be The End Of An Error. Don't let January 21st, 2009 be The Start Of Another.
