Senior citizen issues

Despite evidence that 1 in 5 seniors have put off or skipped buying drugs because of the high cost, Norm still supports Medicare Part D. Medicare cannot negotiate drug prices to ensure that seniors get the lowest cost drugs. Individual plans that participant in Medicare Part D (which are run by insurance companies) can change the cost to seniors without prior notice and at any time. However, seniors can only change their plans once a year during a select window of time.
