Norm Coleman's new ad, same urge to retch
Sen. Norm Coleman (R-MN) released another ad in his series of vomit-inducing get-to-know-what-a-decent-and-average- guy-Norm-is-and-not-one-of-those-in-the-pocket-of- corporate-donors-kind-of-politician ads. He's "deeply concerned about your problems. While he recognizes that times are tough, we all know that it's because of his cheerleading for Bush's invasion and occupation of Iraq while at the same time giving tax breaks to the wealthiest Americans that have gotten us in this economic mess.
There has never been a President in the history of the United States who has lowered taxes during wartime. And Norm Coleman went right along with all of it.
He wants you to forget that. He wants you to know that he "cares deeply" about your problems.

"These are hard times, there's no question about that. Ya go to a service station and and ya fill it up and I think your holding your breathe. Folks are worried about jobs, cost of food, cost of energy, cost of a kids education."
That's why Norm Coleman opposes new gas taxes, fought for energy reforms to reduce food and fuel costs and increased college aid.
"If you can bring people together, you can actually make a difference. Ya can get things done."
Worried about jobs? Yea ... the economy sucks, Norm. Your part of the problem.
Surprise, surprise! Norm is opposed to increasing the gas tax. Norm was also opposed to funding our infrastructure and we had a certain bridge fall down because of Republican neglect of our infrastructure.
Who has Norm brought together? The K Street lobbyists who are all donating to his campaign? Republicans politicians across America who put their parties interests before Americas?
Oi.

Norm opposes new gas taxes
So Norm, if gas taxes help maintain bridges and you oppose new gas taxes, does that mean you're in favor of allowing bridges to collapse?
Before I vomit, Ya could listen here Norm
Norm, listen here:
Ya want to go to college, but it costs so much only Senator's kids and like that can 'ford it. Ya can't pay for it 'less ya work three jobs, and yer ol' man an 'ol lady both work crappy jobs and all they do for ya is let ya stay at home.
They can barely make mortgage and keep out foreclosure. Geez it's been rough. So glad ya understand.
Now I got a favor to ask from ya Norm. Since college is so expensive, could ya raise the taxes of say the upper 10% most wealthy by say .5% and fund college education so's us regular folks san afford it?
And while yer at it Norm man, could ya do that investigation thing yer so good at and kick butt on the oil cartel for gouging the American public? Ya sure did it to that Kofi fella at the UN, so it'd be a snap fer ya to stand up fer working people about the gas prices.
